2. Text Messaging & Mobile Communications

By subscribing to Campaign SMS alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated messages regarding campaign news, events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts. Message and data rates may apply.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for message delivery. The Campaign may discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice.

3. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content, including comments, stories, photos, or videos (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant Nagy for Congress a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content for any lawful campaign purpose.

You agree not to post content that violates laws or rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or abusive purposes
  • Post offensive, misleading, or infringing content
  • Use the Site for spam or commercial purposes
